Access My Voter Page using your name, county, and birthdate and check under “Personal Information” for your status.

See “Inactive?” Don’t panic. You’re still registered to vote. Once you vote, your status will update to “Active” on its own. You can also update it yourself anytime by clicking “UPDATE VOTER INFORMATION.”‍

Voter Tip: Don’t wait. Georgia does NOT have same-day registration. Your address must be current before the registration deadline — 30 days before Election Day.

‍We recommend checking your status once a month, or at least 45 days before any election.

Runoff election deadlines work differently. If you’re registering for a runoff, the deadline depends on the type of race:

State and local races (governor, mayor, state legislature, etc.): 30 days before the original election that triggered the runoff, not the runoff date itself.
Federal races (U.S. Senate, U.S. House): 30 days before the runoff date.

What if I can’t access My Voter Page? ‍

Your registration may have been canceled. This can happen if you’ve moved or haven’t voted in a while. You can re-register here.

What if my eligibility has been challenged, or my status shows something other than “Active” or “Inactive”?

Contact your county elections office as soon as possible. You may need to re-register.

What if I’ve moved since I last voted?‍

Update your address by accessing My Voter Page and clicking “UPDATE VOTER INFORMATION.” Running into issues? Your county elections office can help.

You can also update your registration by updating your address on your driver’s license or Georgia ID license with the Georgia Department of Driver Services.
